Buying at Zero Rate VAT from Essential Aids

To buy an item at zero rate, you first need to click the 0% VAT button which you will see immediately beneath the main picture of the product.

This takes you to a second page featuring the same product, but showing a link to an online declaration form.

Complete this form and then click Add to Basket on this second product page.

Your basket will now show the product at the zero rate price.

We only need one declaration form to be submitted, even if you are buying more than one item.

It is, however, important that you always click Add to Basket on the second product page, i.e. the page which features the Declaration Form button.

Please note that a small amount of VAT may still appear on the basket page.

This is related to the carriage which we are unfortunately not allowed to reduce the tax rate on.
