The Combi-Reacher is a thoughtfully designed reaching aid created by occupational therapists to help users pick up items that are out of reach without bending, stretching, or straining. It is particularly useful for people with reduced mobility, joint pain, or balance concerns, supporting safer, more independent movement during everyday tasks around the home.
Designed with comfort and ease of use in mind, the Combi-Reacher features a four-finger trigger that requires less finger strength than traditional single-trigger designs. This makes it easier to operate for users with weaker hands or reduced grip. The jaws are mounted on a rotating head that turns through 360 degrees, allowing objects to be picked up from different angles without needing to twist the wrist, which can be uncomfortable or painful for some users.
Rubber-lined jaws provide extra grip on smooth or hard surfaces, helping to hold items securely once lifted. A small magnet at the tip allows metal objects such as keys or coins to be picked up easily, while a shaped edge helps scoop up paper and flat items. A practical clip allows the reacher to be attached to a walking frame, keeping it close at hand when moving around.

I've used other reachers in the past but the end of those was very stubby, these two have a narrower end to there gripper, which means they are easier to use to pick up awkward stuff when it falls on the floor. -
