Product Details
The Patient Alert is a simple monitoring device designed to help carers respond quickly when a user gets up from a chair, bed or wheelchair. Suitable for use at home, in care homes or healthcare settings, it provides an audible alert when the attached safety cord becomes disconnected from the alarm unit.
The user wears the clothing clip attached to the pull cord, and if they stand, fall or move away from their seat or bed, the alarm is triggered to notify nearby carers that assistance may be needed. This can be particularly useful for people who are at risk of falls, wandering or getting up without support.
The compact alarm unit can be mounted easily to a bed, wheelchair or chair using the supplied bracket and features a choice of volume settings to suit different environments. A low battery warning indicator helps ensure the device remains ready for use when needed.
