It can be set up in front of an existing step to provide a platform between it and the ground.
In this way, it is excellent for elderly or disabled people who have limited leg lifting ability.
A hard-wearing plastic construction means that the Plastic Half-Step is suitable for use outdoors.
The non-slip rubber top adds an additional layer of safety.
All of the feet can be adjusted to provide a level step on uneven ground.
It also features a slip-resistant rubber mat which simply locates with the raised sections of the step surface and can be removed for cleaning.

Bunn Posted on 11/03/2026 21:41:42A practical solution to assist with either an internal or external high step access or with teaching up to a assist with access to a high window or into a high cupboard. The product is made from firm rubber which is comfortable and sturdy to stand on while situated on a level surface floor. Found the fitting instructions both clear and easy to follow. The option of the screw in feet having a base angle action assists with step installation where there is a slight discrepancy in the ground surface level. The firm half step assists with user confidence at doorways to overcome a high step access for an ambulant user to reduce the risk of falling and the top integrated rubber slip mat doubles up as a door mat. -

It looks like a chunky door mat rather than a disability aid and he can enter the house now without as much pain. I’m so happy we got this for him and wish we’d bought it sooner.
