Key features include a waterproof outer layer that shields the user and scooter from rain, and a clear plastic front panel that allows scooter lights and indicators to remain visible, enhancing safety during low visibility conditions. The concealed pack-away hood offers extra protection for the user, while velcro slots allow for the cover to fit around the scooter’s mirrors.
For added convenience, the Skoota Kape includes a side access strip, which allows the user to perform tasks like adjusting controls without needing to remove the entire cover. The back panel also extends over the rear of the scooter to protect any rear-mounted storage from getting wet.

Good protection

Although not designed for wheelchairs, the skoota kape adapts nearly perfectly for my situation and protects both myself and the chair from the elements and actually makes the inside surprisingly warm. Brilliant!
