Ordering online

Buying online at essentialaids.com couldn't be easier. For the fastest, most efficient way to do it, simply click the Add to Basket button on the page featuring your desired product.

You will notice the details beneath Your Basket at the top of the screen change to take account of your selection. The number of items you have chosen will register, and their price.

To go to the next stage of your purchase, just click Go to Checkout. This will take you to a page showing the contents of your basket, with a breakdown of the price.

Here you will be given the chance to change the items in your basket, or empty it, if you want to.

If you need to add anything further to your basket, simply click one of the product sections on the menu to the left of the screen, and make your way to the desired section and product.

The basket page also features an online form which we ask you to complete to allow us to arrange delivery of your goods.

Once you have entered the required information, click Continue to Payment at the foot of the screen. This will take you to a secure part of the website where you will be asked for your payment card details.

This is the final stage of the process. Once your card details have been submitted and accepted, you will see a page confirming the success of your order.

You will also receive an email to this effect.

Sending a cheque

If you want to buy something on the website but do not want to enter your card details online, you can send us a cheque, along with the details of the items you want.

Please make sure you include the total price of the item, including any VAT and carriage.

To make things simple, click the Add to Basket button on the product page concerned, then click Go to Checkout at the top of the screen.

This will take you to your basket page, showing the total costs involved and give you the chance complete your name and address details.

You can then print the page, and post the print-out, along with your cheque, to:

Purchase orders from the NHS, schools, charities and councils

Please email your purchase orders to purchaseorders@essentialaids.com, fax them to 01273 724 513 or post them to the address above.

We are happy to process these, despatch goods and invoice you accordingly.
