Aged 65+ Standardised Scoring Tables

C.O.T.N.A.B. the Chessington Occupational Therapy Neurological Assessment Battery is a fully validated battery of tests for the assessment of functional and perceptual dysfunction with neurological patients aged 16 upwards.

C.O.T.N.A.B. tests for four functional areas:

- Sensory-Motor Ability 

- Ability to follow instructions 

- Constructional Ability 

- Visual Perception 

Includes three tests of increasing sensitivity (Twelve test in total). 

ach test is scored for ability and time which is combined to give a measure of overall performance and a functional profile summary. 

Each test has been standardised against a cross section of the population within the age ranges of 16-65 years and 65+ years for comparison with patients' test scores and has been validated against a group of head injured and stroke patients.
