Product Details

This Forked Knife with right angle handle keeps the user's wrist in a neutral position, considerably reducing strain.

It is often favoured by those with arthritis, who find conventional narrow knives painful to cut with.

With a non-slip grip and stainless steel blade, it is a robust and practical food preparation aid.

The Forked Knife with right angle handle is dishwasher safe.

Length: 210mm (8 inches).

  1. Really think this will help me

I have hyper-mobile joints, my wrists being included in that, so chopping food can become painful. I’ve only had it a few days but so far I really feel like it’s a far more comfortable position to hold my wrist in. The only thing I would say is that it would be great to have more selection of knives for different things. I appreciate this is a bit of an all rounder but it’s not brill for slicing peppers for example. It works fine but doesn’t compare to a non-serrated sharp knife. Overall it’ll be a great addition and make things easier for me on a daily basis, just wouldn’t mind a variety of these shaped knives as I’d definitely buy them.

Easy grip vegetable knife- easy to use. Would have preferred a sharp blade rather than partly serrated.

This was easier to use than a conventional knife, with the angled handle. However, I did find it still required quite a lot of pressure to cut through apples, for example, as I was using one hand only.

I bought the knife for my mum as she was finding it harder to use a standard knife due to loss of grip in her hands. She is really pleased with it. She has used it pretty much every day and says it has made preparing meals much easier.
