Beacon Mobility Scooter

Product Details

The Beacon Mobility Scooter is a substantial road-going scooter designed for users who want comfort, performance and dependable outdoor mobility. With a top speed of 8mph and an impressive range of up to 30 miles (48.3km), it is well suited to everything from everyday trips to the shops to longer journeys where comfort and battery range become particularly important.

A powerful 800W motor is combined with large 14" pneumatic tyres and all-round shock absorbers to provide smooth, stable handling across a variety of outdoor surfaces. With 10cm (4") of ground clearance, the Beacon is equipped for more demanding everyday journeys than smaller pavement scooters.

Comfort has been given plenty of attention for users spending longer periods on the scooter. The generously sized seat rotates to make getting on and off easier and offers both sliding and reclining adjustment, allowing the seating position to be tailored to the individual. A one-touch hydraulic tiller adjustment also makes it straightforward to find a comfortable driving position.

Despite its performance, the Beacon has been designed to remain easy to control. The straightforward controls help make driving intuitive, while the combination of suspension, large wheels and a substantial 120kg frame provides a reassuring and planted feel when travelling outdoors.

Powered by 12V 75Ah batteries and supporting users up to 160kg (25.2 st), the Beacon is a premium mobility scooter built for people who expect to travel regularly and do not want to compromise on range or ride comfort. Its combination of powerful performance, adjustable seating and all-round suspension makes it particularly suited to users looking for a capable scooter for serious everyday mobility.
