There are 2 versions of this product available: One with a coccyx relief cut-out, the 'Coccyx Wedge', and the other with no cut-out, the 'Standard Wedge'.

The Coccyx relief cut-out is for comfort in the sensitive coccyx region that needs to be isolated from the seating area.

Ideal in the car where headroom is at a premium.
