Ordering Online

Buying online at essentialaids.com couldn't be easier. For the fastest, most efficient way to do it, simply click the Add to Basket button on the page featuring your desired product. 

You will then be given the option to either checking out or continue with your shopping.

If you continue shopping, you will notice that the details beneath My Basket at the top of the screen change to take account of your selection.

The number of items you have chosen will register, and their price. 

If you have all the items you need, click Go to My Basket.

This will take you to a page showing the contents of your basket, with a breakdown of the price.

Here you will be given the chance to change the items in your basket, or empty it, if you want to. 

If anything in your basket is available at zero rate VAT, it's at this stage that you indicate your eligibility and the tax on relevant products is removed.

If you need to add anything further to your basket, simply click the Continue Shopping button on the My Basket page.  

Once you have entered the required information, click Proceed to Checkout.

This will take you to a secure part of the website where you will be asked for billing and delivery addresses and card details. 

Once your card details have been submitted and accepted, you will see a page confirming the success of your order.

You will also receive an order confirmation email.

Sending a cheque

If you want to buy something on the website but do not want to enter your card details online, you can send us a cheque, along with the details of the items you want.

Please make sure you include the total price of the item, including any VAT and carriage. 

To make things simple, click the Add to Basket button on the product page concerned, then click Go to My Basket at the top of the screen. 

This will take you to your basket page, showing the total costs involved. 

You can then print the page, and post the print-out, along with your cheque and delivery details, to:

Purchase orders from the NHS, schools, charities and councils

Please email your purchase orders to purchaseorders@essentialaids.com, fax them to 0872 3524129 or post them to the address above. 

We are happy to process these, despatch goods and invoice you accordingly.
