Product Details
The Barrowfield Dual Motor Riser Recliner Chair is designed for both professional care environments and home use, offering reliable support, excellent comfort and easy handling for users and caregivers alike. Its compact 74 cm width allows it to pass easily through standard UK internal doorways, making it ideal for multi user settings. Caregivers can manoeuvre the chair effortlessly thanks to its smooth running wheels, chrome push bar handle and foot pedal roller system which allow quick movement between rooms without strain.
The hygienic, medical grade upholstery is built for demanding environments and resists degradation from cleaning solutions and wipes containing up to 50 percent alcohol, helping maintain infection control standards. Removable armrests and winged headrests allow safe side transfers and improve accessibility for users with reduced mobility.
Dual German engineered OKIN motors provide controlled movement between lift, sit and sleep positions. High density foam with batwing style lumbar shaping and a soft headrest cushion offer comfort throughout the day. A simple handset with a storage clip and a practical side pocket ensure everyday use is convenient and intuitive. Despite its robust 160 kg capacity, the Barrowfield chair remains easy to assemble and fits seamlessly into modern care settings.

Excellent product excellent delivery fair price
Review by M. ANDREW GOLUB Posted on 15/09/2026 11:38:36I took delivery of this chair a month ago. The removable armrests, the ease of use together with the faculty to engage wheels to move the chair add up to a really good design . The wipe down fabric is comfortable even in extremely hot weather in my opinion more convenient than cloth upholstery because I have bought a sheepskin throw to prevent any potential untoward effects of sitting for along time. delivery was prompt and courteous.
