The vast majority of orders placed before 1pm are despatched on the same day.
Typically, delivery is within one or two working days but please allow three to five working days while the Covid-19 situation is ongoing.
Occasional delays caused by items going out of stock are possible, but we work hard to keep these instances to a minimum.

Most orders are dispatched by Parcelforce and will require someone to be in to accept your delivery. Certain low weight items will be sent by Royal Mail and other couriers like UPS may also be used.
When your basket reaches £39.99 excluding VAT, the delivery charge is FREE. A £4.99 delivery charge is applicable to baskets under £39.99 exc VAT. This charge is the same regardless of the number of items on the order and helps to cover the cost of picking, packing, carriage and the packaging for your order.
On a minority of items, we hope for a temporary period, delivery to Northern Ireland will not be possible, unless it is to a business address and in these cases there may be an increase in delivery cost.

The delivery of mobility scooters usually takes a week to ten days from the point of order.
Please note that there maybe a higher delivery cost to some remote parts of the UK.
