Wetherby Four Motor Rise and Recline Chair

Product Details

The Wetherby Four Motor Rise and Recline Chair offers a high level of comfort and adjustability for people who want greater control over their seating position. Its four motor system allows the backrest, footrest, headrest and lumbar support to be adjusted independently, making it easier to find a comfortable position for sitting, resting or reclining. This flexibility is particularly useful for those who spend extended periods in their chair or require additional support in specific areas.

The chair features a zero gravity reclining function, which allows the body to rest in a more supported position with the legs elevated. A lay-flat reclining mechanism provides further flexibility for resting, while the powered rise function gently lifts and tilts the chair forwards to assist users who find standing from a seated position difficult.

Additional comfort comes from the electrically adjustable headrest and lumbar support. The headrest can be repositioned to provide support around the head and neck, while the lumbar adjustment allows the lower back support to be tailored to individual preferences. Combined with the independently operated backrest and footrest, these features provide plenty of scope for finding a suitable seating position throughout the day.

A full-length chaise pad supports the legs without uncomfortable gaps between the seat and footrest, helping to distribute pressure more evenly. The integrated footrest extension provides additional legroom, which can be particularly useful for taller users. Beneath the upholstery, a sturdy steel seat box provides a strong foundation for regular everyday use.

Despite its range of adjustments, the Wetherby is straightforward to operate using its hand control. A convenient one-touch close and lift button simplifies returning the chair to an upright position before standing. Built-in USB-A and USB-C charging ports also allow compatible devices to be charged while relaxing.

Available in Cappuccino, Dove and Slate, the Wetherby combines supportive seating with a contemporary appearance. With a maximum user weight of 158.8kg (25 st), it is a practical choice for anyone looking for a highly adjustable riser recliner chair that offers comfort, positioning flexibility and assistance with standing.
