For those who require stronger compression extending above the knee, Fitlegs Lymphoedema Stockings provide graduated medical compression from the lower leg through to the thigh. They are intended for regular, long-term wear as part of lymphoedema management, helping support circulation and lymphatic drainage throughout the leg.

Rather than relying on a high proportion of elastane to achieve the required compression, the Fitlegs construction uses a specialist weave that maintains compression performance with less elastane. This produces a softer, more flexible stocking that is easier to put on and remove, while remaining comfortable for extended daily wear.

The stockings also incorporate DUOFIT™ technology, providing four-way stretch so the fabric can accommodate different leg shapes without becoming excessively stiff. Combined with 23–32mmHg graduated compression, this makes them a practical choice for people who need consistent medical compression on an ongoing basis.

Available in Beige, Black or White, the Fitlegs Lymphoedema Stockings come in four sizes from Small to XL. Each pack contains one pair of thigh-high stockings, with multipack options available for regular users who require additional pairs.
