Dressing Stick and Shoehorn
Product Details
The Dressing Stick and Shoehorn is a lightweight dressing aid that can reduce the need to bend, stretch and reach when putting on or removing clothing and footwear. It is particularly useful for people with limited upper body flexibility and can also assist those who have the use of only one arm.
At one end, an S-shaped hook can be used to push, pull and manoeuvre clothing into position. Its plastic-coated finish helps the hook move against garments without catching or damaging the material, making it useful for tasks such as pulling up trousers, skirts or sleeves.
The opposite end incorporates a shoehorn, allowing shoes to be put on with less need to bend towards the feet. It can also assist when removing footwear, providing a practical second function without requiring a separate dressing aid.
Measuring 61cm long, the Dressing Stick and Shoehorn provides useful additional reach while remaining lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. A padded handle creates a more comfortable gripping area, particularly when the aid is being used regularly.
