Tena Wash Cream is designed to provide gentle and effective incontinence care that suits all skin types.
It replaces harsh or drying soaps, and moisturises at the same time as cleansing. There is no need to rinse with water after washing.
This effective 3-in-1 formula has been specially developed to promote skincare by cleansing, restoring and protecting delicate or vulnerable skin. Tena Wash Cream provides an ideal solution for those experiencing incontinence and is designed to be used when changing absorbent products.
The formula is free from alcohol, so is kind to sensitive skin even with frequent use.
The cream provides 7x more moisture than traditional soap and water, which can dry out the skin so really does help to keep the skin soft, smooth, and nourished.
Tena Wash Cream is simple to apply and remove, giving hygienic and odour-removing cleansing throughout the day.
It is available in 1 litre or 500ml pump dispensers.

Love this wash cream
Review by J. Taylor Posted on 06/06/2026 13:39:17I didn't know if its existence until I went into isolation in hospital and used this after a commode. I loved the clean feeling it gave so have carried on at home and used regularly. The 1l is better value as I sometimes also use it for a wash when I can't have a shower. Brilliant price too!
