    This hoist is really sturdy and easy to operate. Delivery time was excellent and it was very well packaged. Best of all it was £200 cheaper than other companies for exactly the same hoist.

    The purchase was delayed but with claim the company essential aids made a compensation payment. the lifter was very well packed. The contents of the carrier were in perfect order. the lifter works very well and looks very/well made. Would orde th e lifter again - yes I would without question. Philip.

    While I haven't had the opportunity to use this yet (will be using it later this week), it works as advertised, and should make life much easier with loading/unloading both my little scooter and electric wheelchair.
