Product Details

This Floor Mounted Folding Rail removes the need to use wall fixings.

Instead its base screws to the floor, making positioning more versatile.

It is is easy to adjust the rail for height and the U-shaped support arm folds up when not in use.

Typically used next to a toilet, the Floor Mounted Rail offers firm support to the user.

The curved rail is designed with safety in mind, free from dangerous sharp corners.

It is available in two lengths.

Floor fixing plate: 250 x 150mm (10 x 6 inches).

Floor post maximum height: 1110mm (44 inches).

This rail is suitable for individuals weighing up to 127kg (20 stone).

    This Floor Mounted Folding Rail was bought for a customer of mine whose wife had managed to pull the electric towel rail off the wall. She was using it as an aid to lift herself off the toilet. As with many properties these days the walls are just stud and plaster board so anything wall mounted would not last. This floor mounted model fitted the bill nicely and with 6 bolts attaching it to the concrete floor, it’s good and solid so gives confidence to the user. J Haynes

    We have a cottage on the Norfolk Broads, which we hire out to holiday makers and we purchased the floor mounted folding rail for a rather unconventional use and this floor mounted folding rail was to enable easier access to our hire boat for guests with mobility problems. Excellent product.

    I purchased the floor mounted folding rail for my 96 year old father. It was easy for me to install and gives him the much needed support when he needs it entering and exiting his new shower cubicle. We received it quickly and well packaged. I would rate both the service and product as 5 out of 5.

    We would highly recommend the floor mounted folding rail for bathroom. It exactly suits our requirements as the wall mounted one fitted originally in our bathroom became unstable because of the condition of our wall. the folding rail has made a welcome difference to our bathroom where we can now use the proper seat for the toilet instead of the framed one whose legs were a bit wobbly.
