For people who have difficulty rising from chairs, we provide the Elephant Feet.
They are a set of raising cones that fit to the legs of a chair, effectively increasing the height of the seat.
This makes getting up from a chair easier for people with reduced leg strength.
A central depression ensures the chair leg is held securely in place within the Elephant Feet.
With non-slip pads on the underside, the Elephant Feet will not slide around when in use.
A plastic construction makes them durable and hardwearing and a wide base makes them stable.
Two different sizes are available, raising the seat by 9 or 14cm (3 1/2 or 5 1/2 inches) respectively.
Each pack contains four Elephant Feet, and they can also be used to raise the height of a table if required.
Maximum furniture leg diameter: 8.5cm (3 1/4 inches).
Maximum safe load: 380kg (60 stone).
