Instructions not great - you can't put this together on your own easily so hire an octopus/borrow a friend to screw the top to the legs and fit the cross piece. As ever, don't lean on a table on castors to help you get up :). -

Definitely would recommend this as a useful table for any reason not just for the use of a disabled person.
