The Mobile Commode is a practical toileting solution designed for both home and care settings. With its strong chrome-plated steel frame, padded upholstery, and mobile design, it provides reliable support and greater independence for people who require assistance with toileting.
The commode is fitted with a grey padded overseat for discretion when not in use and a vinyl-welded backrest, both designed to minimise bacterial build-up and make cleaning easier. The blow-moulded ABS plastic seat is durable, easy to maintain, and comfortable, while the generous seat width ensures users have plenty of space.
For added safety and practicality, the commode features four braked castors, a pram-style push handle, and detachable arms to allow smooth side transfers. Swing-away footrests are included as standard, supporting user comfort during use. The chair is also designed to roll over standard WCs, giving it added versatility in bathroom environments.
Supplied with a 7.5-litre potty complete with handle and lid, the commode ensures straightforward and hygienic waste disposal. Both the seat and backrest can be wiped clean with non-abrasive cleaners, and the unit can be disinfected through moist heat or autoclaving at 80°C. To prolong performance, it is recommended that joints are treated with a water-dispersing agent after cleaning.
