Fitlegs Compression Socks are medical-grade anti-embolism stockings intended for people who are bed-bound or have very limited mobility, including those recovering from surgery or a hospital stay. They provide 18mmHg graduated compression to support venous blood flow and help reduce the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) when normal levels of movement are temporarily restricted.

Unlike everyday compression or support socks, these Class 1 medical devices are specifically intended for anti-embolism use. The below-knee design provides compression through the lower leg, while the closed toes give complete foot coverage and additional warmth. A padded heel area helps maintain comfort when the socks need to be worn for extended periods.

There is no separate left or right sock, making fitting more straightforward, while the latex-free construction is not made with natural rubber latex. Their Dark Teal colour also gives them a more discreet appearance for continued wear at home following discharge from hospital.
