The Beurer BM81 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is designed to make regular blood pressure checks easier to carry out independently. Its innovative easyLock cuff eliminates the usual air tube and hook-and-loop fastening, creating a neat, cable-free design that is particularly useful when taking a measurement without assistance.

To fit the monitor, simply slide the cuff over the upper arm and use the locking wheel to secure it in position. An on-screen cuff position guide helps confirm that it has been fitted correctly before measuring. Once in place, inflation and deflation are fully automatic, with results clearly presented on the large black display.

Alongside systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, the BM81 features a colour-coded risk indicator that makes results easier to interpret at a glance. An arrhythmia detection function can also identify irregularities in the heartbeat during measurement and provide an on-screen alert.

The monitor can be shared by two people, with 120 memory spaces available for each user. Stored measurements can be used to calculate average values, including morning and evening averages from the previous seven days, making it easier to follow changes and patterns over time.

Bluetooth connectivity allows readings to be transferred to the free Beurer HealthManager Pro app on a compatible smartphone. This provides a convenient way to keep a longer-term record of measurements and have the information available when discussing blood pressure with a GP or other healthcare professional. The app is compatible with Android 8.0 and iOS 17.0 or later.

Suitable for upper arm circumferences from 24cm to 40cm, the Beurer BM81 is powered by four AAA batteries, which are included.
