Product Details

The Medelert Automatic Pill Dispenser provides a reliable solution for managing regular medication. Designed for people who may forget to take tablets on time, or for carers supporting medication management, it automatically rotates to present the correct compartment at pre-programmed times throughout the day. Audible and visual alarms alert the user when medication is due, helping to reduce missed doses and improve adherence.

The dispenser features 28 large compartments beneath a secure, lockable lid, allowing up to a week's medication to be prepared in advance. Each compartment holds up to 18 aspirin-sized tablets, making it suitable for users with more complex medication schedules. The alarm continues for up to 30 minutes, or until the dispenser is tilted to release the medication, providing additional reassurance that doses are not overlooked.

Powered by four AA batteries, the Medelert also includes a low battery warning for dependable everyday operation. Spare medication cassettes are available separately, allowing carers or pharmacies to prepare future medication in advance.
