A lanyard is included with the device, making it easy to wear around the neck.

Step 1: Insert your index finger into the Oximeter. Press the button.

Step 2: Your results are displayed in a matter of seconds. Observe your SpO2 (%) and pulse rate (bpm).

Step 3: Remove your finger. The Oximeter will turn off after a further 8 seconds.

A healthy SpO2 level is between 95 and 100% and having your own oximeter can provide an early warning of the need to seek medical attention.
