Product Details
This height adjustable patient turner has been specifically developed to allow a carer to perform an assisted transfer from one seated position to another, from bed to chair, chair to wheelchair, wheelchair to toilet. The user simply places their feet on to the non slip base plate of the transfer aid and then uses the handles to pull themselves upwards. The carer acts to provide a counterbalance support and then turns the patient turner round to the required position allowing the user to then lower themselves gently into the new location.
The turner features a non slip footplate, a height adjustable easy to grip handle and a comfortable shin pad, to ensure maximum user safety and comfort at all times. Its ease of use also helps to reduce the risk of injury to the carer, and improves user dignity by removing the need for any manual handling.

It works really well!
