Product Details
Our Secure Turn Patient Turner is a secure and safe way of facilitating patient transfers and can be used in a range of transfers, especially where space and mobility is restricted, such as in and out of bed, chairs and wheelchairs. The patient simply stands on the non-slip footplate and can thus be swiveled under the control of the carer to the correct position. The front and side handles enable a secure grip to be taken by the patient and are used to help with leverage when rising.
A hand operated locking device enables the carer to rotate the Secure Turn to any of five positions whilst controlling the turning speed, and the curved support frame helps to reduce the risk of a user falling and ensures a safe and comfortable transfer. The non slip turn disk glides easily in both directions and counter balance points provide stability throughout the transfer. The Secure Turn Patient Turner is fitted with wheels that allow it be moved and positioned easily.
The Secure Patient Turner is made from high-tensile steel to ensure a very strong and durable finish.
