The LEJRELET Positioning Pad Low is a lightweight, versatile positioning cushion designed to provide additional support wherever it is needed. Its slim profile and flexible construction allow it to be shaped, folded or rolled to suit a wide variety of positioning techniques, making it an ideal companion to larger positioning cushions.
Made from viscoelastic foam, the pad moulds to the body's contours to help redistribute pressure and improve comfort. It can be rolled to support the neck, folded to create an abduction wedge or used flat beneath vulnerable areas such as the heels, elbows, feet or hands to help relieve pressure.
When positioning someone in a side-lying position, the pad is particularly useful between the knees to promote comfortable leg alignment, or between the feet to help prevent pressure caused by bony prominences coming into contact with one another.
The waterproof, vapour-permeable cover features a two-way stretch design that allows the foam to perform effectively while protecting the cushion from fluids. It is also antibacterial treated, resistant to house dust mites, biocompatible, Oeko-TEX Class 1 certified and fire retardant to Crib 5 standards.
