The Comfy Boot is designed to provide comfortable positioning and support for individuals who are at risk of developing pressure areas, foot drop or lower limb contractures. Featuring a soft fleece lining, it helps protect the foot and ankle from localised pressure while providing warmth and comfort during extended periods of use.
The boot incorporates a rigid footplate that helps maintain the foot in a more functional position and provides resistance against plantar flexion. Its shaped design elevates the heel, helping to reduce pressure on this vulnerable area and supporting pressure care management. An anti-rotation bar is included to help control excessive internal or external hip rotation, promoting improved lower limb positioning.
Suitable for either the left or right foot, the Comfy Boot is supplied in a universal size and features a removable fleece liner that can be washed as required to help maintain hygiene.
