The FH400 Matrix Pace AFO is a dynamic, high-performance orthotic designed to support individuals with unilateral or bilateral drop foot. Its posterior medial strut features intermediate stiffness for an ideal balance of flexibility and energy return—offering supportive assistance in lifting the foot while maintaining a responsive feel during walking. The ergonomic footplate with a curved heel enhances fit inside a wide range of footwear, while a narrower profile ensures compatibility with both casual and athletic shoes.
