The SP500 SpinAir Back Orthosis is a high-quality spinal brace designed to gently correct posture and support the spine, particularly for individuals with osteoporosis or kyphosis. This thoracolumbar brace features a custom-moulded duralumin splint paired with an elastic pelvic band and adjustable paravertebral straps, which apply gentle rearward shoulder support to promote spinal alignment.
By shaping to the contours of your spine and stabilising posture, the SpinAir helps relieve pressure on vertebral bodies and slows gentle progression of kyphosis. It also provides controlled restriction of lateral bending and flexion-extension, supporting posture during daily movement. Initially supplied in a preformed shape, it can—and should—be carefully moulded to each individual user for a precise, effective fit.
Ideal for conditions such as degenerative disc disease, muscular weakness, vertebral fractures, or recovery from spinal surgery, the SpinAir Back Support provides thoughtfully engineered, dynamic support while maintaining wearer comfort.
