The Darco Toe Alignment Splint is designed to help maintain correct toe positioning during post-operative recovery or when managing certain forefoot conditions. By gently holding the toes in proper alignment, it can support the healing process and help reduce discomfort caused by misalignment.

The splint consists of a thin elasticated metatarsal band combined with soft, adjustable toe straps. These straps hold the toes in the correct position while remaining comfortable against the skin. The metatarsal band wraps around the forefoot to keep the splint securely in place while helping to reduce slippage when worn inside footwear.

A flexible thermoplastic stabilising element helps guide the toes into a more natural position, supporting recovery following procedures for conditions such as hallux valgus, hammer toe or tailor’s bunion. The adjustable fastening allows the user to customise the level of support and fit as needed.

The slim design means the splint can fit comfortably inside most footwear, allowing it to be worn during daily activities if required. Suitable for use on either the left or right foot, it offers a practical solution for both post-surgical care and ongoing toe alignment support.
