The Vulkan Neoprene Hinged Knee Support provides a higher level of support around the knee while still allowing the joint to move during everyday activity and rehabilitation. It combines compression and warmth with removable carbon fibre hinges, which provide additional medial and lateral stability when greater support is required.

An open patella design helps support and guide the kneecap, while the hinged sides are particularly useful where instability is a concern. The support may be used for medial or lateral ligament instability, cartilage damage, rehabilitation following cruciate ligament injuries, post-surgery support and longer-term conditions requiring additional knee stability.

Vulkan AEROTHERM® technology is combined with neoprene-lined fabric to retain therapeutic warmth around the joint while promoting airflow. The close-fitting material also provides compression around the knee, helping manage swelling and offering comfortable support to the surrounding muscles and joints.

The carbon fibre hinges can be removed when they are not required, giving the support greater flexibility for different stages of recovery or different activities. Despite the additional reinforcement, the brace remains lightweight and is designed to provide support without excessively limiting normal knee movement.

Four sizes are available, covering knee circumferences from 30-50cm (11.8-19.7"). Measuring around the knee before ordering will help ensure the appropriate size is selected.
