Excellent product and service
Review by Allison Walker Posted on 27/07/2026 16:12:33I am thrilled with my power chair, it is really helping me to get out and about. i can lift it in and out of the car boot on my own - I have to sit on the edge of the boot as I can't stand or walk - but I can do it! Debbie was so helpful in getting it to me in time for visiting my mother so we can actually go out together for the first time in years. No it isn't cheap but it is worth every penny to have some independence and freedom. The chair is comfortable but I have added an extra cushion as I have a lot of back pain. The controls are very responsive but I am getting used to them and trying not to bump into anyone. The footplates fold up really easily and the seat belt makes me feel safer. I charge the battery in the house and leave the chair in the boot and this works well. Overall a great purchase and very helpful staff so I would definitely purchase from essential aids again.
