The Whirl Manual Wheelchair is a compact, practical wheelchair suitable for both occasional and full-time use. Its slim frame and tight turning circle make it especially easy to manoeuvre in indoor spaces such as hallways, kitchens and bathrooms, while still offering stable, supportive seating for everyday comfort.
The padded upholstery provides cushioning for longer periods of sitting and the strong steel frame gives dependable durability for daily use. Unlike many wheelchairs in this price range, the Whirl has been crash-tested and is approved for use in suitably adapted transport vehicles, offering reassurance for travel to appointments, social occasions or days out.
The wheelchair folds quickly and neatly, with a half-folding backrest to make transport and storage easier. The armrests detach to support side transfers, and puncture-proof tyres help ensure reliability on a variety of surfaces.
The Whirl is available in three seat widths to provide a comfortable fit for a wide range of users — choose Standard, Wide or Extra Wide depending on personal preference and support needs.
