The Telescopic Non-Slip Channel Ramps provide a practical access solution for wheelchair users and those using four-wheeled mobility aids. Ideal for use at home or when travelling, they make it easier to negotiate steps, kerbs and other changes in level without the need for permanent alterations. Their telescopic design allows each ramp to extend for use and retract to a much shorter length, making storage and transportation significantly more convenient.
Manufactured from lightweight aluminium, the ramps are easy to handle while offering dependable strength and stability. Each channel is fitted with a durable non-slip surface to provide excellent traction, while raised edges help guide wheels and reduce the risk of slipping off the sides during use. Setting up the ramps takes only moments - simply position them against the obstacle and they are ready to use. A carry bag is included to keep the pair together during transport and storage.
Available in four lengths, these ramps can accommodate a range of step heights while supporting a combined load of up to 275kg (43.25 stone). For maximum safety, use with the recommended gradient wherever possible, and ensure a carer or support person is present during use. Please note that the ramps should not be stored outdoors, as prolonged exposure to the elements may affect the adhesive securing the non-slip surface.
