Product Details

The JPL HAC-2 is a lightweight, affordable professional headset designed for hearing aid users, featuring an inductive coupler for compatibility with most hearing aids when set to “T” mode. With clear audio, wideband sound, and ultra noise-cancelling microphone technology, it’s ideal for inclusive use in office and contact centre environments.

Traditional headsets can be difficult for hearing aid users to use, but the JPL HAC-2 headset features an inductive coupler, allowing it to be used with all standard hearing aids, much in the same way as an induction loop. With two earpieces, the binaural JPL HAC-2 helps hearing aid users concentrate and focus while taking calls, improving the user experience for both the user and the people they are speaking with.

The JPL HAC-2 headset comes complete with the BL-053+P cable, which is a universal USB 2.0 bottom lead that enables your QD headset to connect to any USB Type-A device. It is a cost-effective plug-and-play solution, that is compatible with JPL and Plantronics QD corded headsets.

The JPL Telecom BL-053+P converts any headset with a PLX QD into a cost-effective plug-and-play solution, with its state-of-the-art USB chipset. JPL Telecom has created a versatile connectivity cable which is easy to use and quick to install. The BL-053+P is totally universal now and in the future for all softphones.

No software downloads needed – Simply use your PC’s mouse to answer or end a call.

All Quick Disconnect (QD) headsets require a bottom lead, to enable connection to a desk phone or a computer.

A QD connection cable allows you to move away from your desk during a call without removing the headset, it also lets you put a call on hold, by simply disconnecting the headset from the QD during a call. It’s an ideal solution for intensive telephone users such as in customer care centres and technical support services.
