Product Details

The JPL HAC-2 Headset with BL-10+P Geni Cable is a lightweight professional headset designed specifically to improve telephone communication for hearing aid users. Featuring an integrated inductive coupler, the headset is compatible with most hearing aids when switched to “T” mode, helping deliver clearer and more accessible call audio in office and contact centre environments.

The binaural design uses dual earpieces to help users focus more effectively during conversations by reducing surrounding distractions, while the wideband audio and ultra noise-cancelling microphone help maintain clear speech quality for both parties on the call.

Supplied with the BL-10+P quick disconnect cable, the headset connects directly to most standard telephone systems and allows users to disconnect quickly from calls without removing the headset. The cable also includes an 8-position compatibility switch, making it ideal for workplaces using multiple phone systems, as the correct connection setting can be selected easily without specialist setup.

The standard RJ-9 connector and Plantronics-compatible quick disconnect fitting provide broad compatibility with many telecom systems, while the built-in microphone amplifier supports telephones that require additional signal gain for optimal performance.
