The build quality is great and the hand rests give good comfort with grip so no sliding (no risk of friction blisters.. If you use a cane you'll understand). this is my first rollator (in my 40s) so wanted independence again - it's colour is discreet but feels young. the brake and lock system are firm and work well. The bag is a bit of a reach to get in and out of when standing but is in a similar position to many rollators like this. great value for money. -
