These Glide Sheets are designed to help carers reposition a person smoothly in bed, on a chair or within a wheelchair, making everyday handling tasks safer and more comfortable. Made from two layers of low-friction fabric, they allow the user to be slid into a new position without being lifted, which reduces the risk of skin shear for the individual and strain for the carer. This makes them particularly useful for regular repositioning during personal care, pressure relief routines or general movement assistance.

The Glide Sheets are suitable for use in hospitals, care homes and private homes. They can be machine washed, chemically sterilised or autoclaved, making them practical for settings where hygiene is essential. Lightweight and easy to fold, they can be kept under the user for repeated adjustments when required. Two sizes are available, enabling you to choose the correct option for the individual and the environment.
