Suitable for residential and care environments, the Swift UltraSlide Bottom Sheet is cost-effective slide sheet that makes moving and handling tasks easier for the user and carer alike. It is similar to a fitted mattress cover and comes in two sizes: standard and Bariatric. Both have MIP's patented design with a low-friction panel down the middle. The bottom slide sheet can be used on its own or as part of the Swift UltraSlide System.
When used by itself, the UltraSlide Bottom Sheet is ideal for people who are semi-independent and still have bed mobility as the smooth surface makes it easier to move around. Furthermore, when the sheet is used for repositioning patients, and other strenuous moving and handling tasks, the sheet significantly reduces the risk of injury to the healthcare worker. It is made with stretchy SleepKnit material that provides a smooth surface and will fit the majority of healthcare mattresses including air pressure reducing mattresses and profiling mattresses.
