Our Partner offers a comprehensive Annual Service for your healthcare equipment, ensuring it remains in perfect working order, safe, and compliant with industry standards. Whether it's hoists, profiling beds, pressure relieving mattresses, scales, ceiling track hoists, or baths, our expert team is here to help.

With our Annual Service plans, you can choose the frequency that suits your needs, whether it's every six months, yearly, or at other intervals. Our healthcare certified engineers are experienced in servicing major brands such as Invacare, Oxford, Carilex, Drive, Arjo, Harvest, Apollo, Apex, Shekel, and Seca, providing you with peace of mind that your equipment is in capable hands.

Each service runs through a comprehensive checklist that is designed to be thorough yet efficient, typically taking around thirty minutes. If additional time is required, we will inform you of any extra charges. We understand that plans can change, so while we do charge for short-notice cancellations, you can cancel your service with at least four weeks' notice without any fees.

Our courteous and healthcare qualified engineers are trained in the service, inspection and repair of most makes of electric adjustable hoists, beds, mobility scooters, powerchairs and riser recliners and have access to a huge range of parts including replacement motors, handsets and more.

The job is to help you remain safe, comfortable and compliant with industry and manufacturer regulations. Our Partner carries out thorough inspections and routine servicing of all equipment, to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations such as: Bed Rail Regulations, LOLER Regulations, CQC Compliance and PUWER.

Effective Servicing is proven to successfully reduce the amount of reactive call out issues, ongoing maintenance costs and capital spend in many care homes across the country.
