The LEJRELET Positioning Pad High is designed to provide stable support and effective pressure redistribution during therapeutic positioning. At 15cm high, it helps maintain a neutral position of the hips and pelvis when one leg is supported in the side-lying position, reducing the twisting forces that can place strain on the lower back.
The cushion combines a supportive polyurethane foam core with a 2cm layer of viscoelastic foam, offering the firmness needed to maintain positioning while providing a comfortable, pressure-relieving surface. This makes it suitable for prolonged use during care or rest.
The Positioning Pad High is ideal for supporting ergonomic care techniques. When used alongside the LEJRELET Positioning Wedge, it helps create stable positioning during wound care, personal hygiene and dressing in bed. It can also be placed beneath the lower legs when lying on the back to elevate the heels and help reduce pressure on this vulnerable area.
Its waterproof, vapour-permeable cover features a two-way stretch design that allows the foam to perform effectively while helping to protect the cushion from fluids. The cover is also antibacterial treated, resistant to house dust mites, biocompatible, Oeko-TEX Class 1 certified and fire retardant to Crib 5 standards.
