The LEJRELET Positioning Tube 125 is designed to provide comfortable support during positioning in bed. At 125cm long, it is ideal for placing behind the back or in front of the chest to help maintain a comfortable side-lying position, particularly for people who are unable to support themselves independently.
Suitable for both adults and children, the positioning tube helps create stable, well-supported positions while promoting comfort during periods of rest or care. It can also be used wherever additional support is needed to improve positioning and reduce movement.
Filled with viscoelastic foam granules, the tube moulds to the body's shape to provide effective pressure redistribution. Combined with appropriate positioning techniques, this helps relieve pressure on vulnerable areas and supports the prevention and management of pressure ulcers.
The waterproof, vapour-permeable cover features a two-way stretch design that enhances the pressure-relieving properties of the filling. It is also antibacterial treated, resistant to house dust mites, biocompatible, Oeko-TEX Class 1 certified and fire retardant to Crib 5 standards. In addition, the positioning tube can provide gentle tactile stimulation, offering reassurance and comfort for people with cognitive impairment, sensory deprivation or similar conditions.
