Bebax Tri-Plane Pediatric Forefoot Orthosis
Product Details
The Bebax Tri-Plane Pediatric Forefoot Orthosis is a specialist orthotic device designed to aid in the progressive correction of congenital forefoot deformities in infants and toddlers. Unlike traditional plaster casting, this innovative orthosis allows for dynamic adjustment and contact moulding directly to the forefoot and heel without the need for plaster, making it a more efficient and hygienic option.
Its patented multi-directional hinge system provides adaptable correction across all three planes, enabling precise, progressive alignment over time. By minimising the risk of retractions caused by muscular or neurological disorders, the Bebax orthosis offers clinicians a reliable tool for improving foot positioning in young patients.
The orthosis is removable, which allows for stretching, monitoring, and proper hygiene during treatment. It is not recommended for the treatment of clubfoot, nor is it intended for use while walking.
