The FH450 L-Pace AFO is a high-performance, carbon fibre Ankle-Foot Orthosis engineered for individuals with unilateral or bilateral drop foot. Designed for both comfort and dynamic support, it enables a more natural gait while reducing fatigue during daily activities.
Made from aerospace-grade carbon fibre, this AFO offers excellent strength-to-weight performance, providing stability and responsiveness without bulk. Its posterior lateral strut with intermediate stiffness ensures effective dorsiflexion assistance and balanced support with every step.
The ergonomically shaped footplate features a curved heel for optimal footwear compatibility, while the flexible high-strength calf band and breathable padded cuff offer all-day comfort and a secure fit. A reverse-pull, hook-and-loop strap system allows for quick and precise adjustment.
The FH450 is available in a full range of sizes and can be ordered for either the right or left foot, making it easy to find the ideal fit for each user.
