The FH450 L-Pace AFO is a high-performance, carbon fibre Ankle-Foot Orthosis engineered for individuals with unilateral or bilateral drop foot. Designed for both comfort and dynamic support, it enables a more natural gait while reducing fatigue during daily activities.
Made from aerospace-grade carbon fibre, this AFO offers excellent strength-to-weight performance, providing stability and responsiveness without bulk. Its posterior lateral strut with intermediate stiffness ensures effective dorsiflexion assistance and balanced support with every step.
The ergonomically shaped footplate features a curved heel for optimal footwear compatibility, while the flexible high-strength calf band and breathable padded cuff offer all-day comfort and a secure fit. A reverse-pull, hook-and-loop strap system allows for quick and precise adjustment.
The FH450 is available in a full range of sizes and can be ordered for either the right or left foot, making it easy to find the ideal fit for each user. Whether for active users or those with lower mobility, this orthosis delivers reliable, lightweight performance to support improved mobility and independence.
