This Paediatric XTW Cervical and Thoracic Orthosis offers front, rear, side and rotational support to the cervical and upper thoracic spine.
It is suitable for treating fractures and dislocations, strains, sprains, cervical spondylosis and arthritis.
It can also be used for support following an operation and is safe for use during an X-ray.
The Paediatric XTW Cervical and Thoracic Orthosis consists of an adjustable neck collar attached to a substantive chest and back shell.
A plastic construction makes it stiff and stable whilst remaining lightweight.
With a latex-free, open-cell foam inner lining, the Paediatric XTW Cervical and Thoracic Orthosis is comfortable to wear and helps to reduce skin breakdown.
This promotes patient compliance and thus better recovery.
