This range of Vulkan Thick Knee Supports are made from high quality neoprene and provide light compression, support and therapeutic heat retention to help relieve the symptoms associated with strains, sprains, arthritis and muscle pain.
Ideal for sprained knee joints or for those that have suffered minor damage to the tendons or ligaments, they are comfortable to wear, and do not unduly constrain knee movement. They can also be used to prevent the onset of injuries making them ideal for anyone that participates in regular activity or sports.
The knee support consists of 3 seperate layers that work together to provide protection, support and comfort, whilst aiding a quick recovery. The outer nylon layer offers protection and ensures the support does not wear out. A closed cell neoprene mid-layer helps to retain heat and offers compression support, this in turn helps to increase bloodflow which in turn promotes quicker recovery from injury. The final, inner layer is manufactured from Aerotherm fabric.This unique material is breathable and moisture-wicking, helping to remove moisture from the support and thus reduce skin irritation.
The contoured 3 piece ergonomic design provides the user with a comfortable fit, whilst the 5mm thick neoprene provides good support, protection and warmth for the knee area.
